Nestled above the main dining room, The Harlow Room is a unique, customizable space designed to host unforgettable events. With its elegant decor, ample natural light, and flexible layout options, our event space offers the perfect setting for any occasion.

Our venue offers three distinct spaces to suit every occasion. For a more intimate event, The Rose Room welcomes 40–60 guests with cozy charm and full AV capabilities. The Harlow Lounge blends comfort and style for up to 100 guests, perfect for cocktail-style or seated affairs. The Harlow Room is a private, elegant setting ideal for dinners up to 130 guests or receptions for 200.

    I just had my sons baptism and first birthday celebration this past weekend. I have to say everything was amazing from the initial planning with Mr.Binder to the main event. Everything was answered promptly and was accommodated as best as they could. Zoom calls and emails were so helpful with my busy schedule. The venue is absolutely stunning! Modern, roomy and eclectic. The food was just what we wanted and tasted amazing. Not a single complaint and my family can definitely express concerns! David the on site manager that day was also amazing from setting us up in the beginning to any other request we had during the event. Thank you so much for an musing evening. I would absolutely recommend for any type of event and in sure I will be back for the future.

    We recently hosted our reception at Hudson Rose, and It was an amazing experience. From the moment we walked in, the ambiance was stunning, and welcoming atmosphere.     We hosted a small cocktail party in December to celebrate the holidays with friends. The GM, Eric was fantastic to work with to plan the event. The staff was very attentive and the ambiance was perfect. The passed hors d’oeuvres and cocktails were delicious. Everyone enjoyed the night!

    We recently hosted my sisters baby shower at The Hudson Rose and it was absolutely perfect! The event planner was fantastic to work with- super helpful, organized, and made the whole planning process smooth and enjoyable. The food was great and enjoyed by all of our guests, but the atmosphere was even better—warm, inviting, and perfect for our celebration. While there were a couple of things we would have changed—specifically wishing the dessert trays were more fully stocked and that the elevator had been available for our pregnant guests —otherwise Eric and the team were definitely attentive. Thank you to the team at The Hudson Rose, especially Eric our event planner, for helping us create such a memorable event. I would definitely recommend this venue for anyone planning a special occasion or looking for a nice place to dine!

    My husband and I hosted our joint 40th birthday party at the Hudson Rose and it was a blast! Everything was wonderful from the space to the food/drinks to the staff. Eric the event coordinator was so great to work with and met with me several times in person and over zoom to make sure everything was perfect. They are so easy to work with and truly so accommodating and professional. The two Davids who were leading our event both did a great job checking in with us to make sure everything was perfect and were on top of everything as was the whole staff. The space is very flexible and we had cocktail tables, a dance floor, low tables, and a lounge area so there was something for all our guests no matter what they were looking for. Highly recommend this venue for any event you are looking to host. The restaurant is also delicious and recommend for dinner as well!

    Just recently held a surprise retirement party for my mom here, and it was great! Eric, the coordinator, has been so responsive, helpful, kind, and generous with me and my family and made sure that my mother was comfortable and was able to get whatever she wanted. What's even more was that we planned it all within a month, so big shout out to Eric for really helping us out despite the extreme time crunch! Not only was Eric great, but the staff as well for they were attentive to me and the guests' needs and helped with the breakdown and organized our personal effects to bring home.

    I could rave on and on about Hudson Rose's employees, but I don't think I'll have enough words to say how much my family and I appreciate them!

    It is indeed a beautiful restaurant, very updated with a lovely, "living room" vibe that all the guests impressed by. The food was excellent and plentiful (especially the squid ink orzo and calamari! that went so fast!), and the staff was able to pack up the leftovers for the guests to take.

    I absolutely love every time i go to the Hudson Rose. i most recently hosted my sisters bridal shower in their event space and it was better than i could have imagined. Every time i go is better than the next - brunch, dinner or a celebration. It's def at the top of my list for any occasion.
